Class FAQs
What do I need to bring to class?
Please bring a flat collar or harness, a standard lead (no extendable leads), plenty of high-value treats cut into small pieces, and your dog's favourite toy. We also recommend bringing a mat or small blanket for your dog to settle on.
Does my dog need to be vaccinated?
Yes, all dogs attending our classes must be up to date with their core vaccinations. For puppy classes, they must have had at least their first set of injections. Please bring your vaccination card to the first session for verification.
What if my dog is nervous or reactive?
We strive to make our classes inclusive. If your dog is particularly nervous or struggles around others, please contact us before booking. We may suggest a 1-to-1 session first to assess their needs and ensure they are comfortable before joining a group environment.
How many dogs are in each class?
We keep our class sizes small to ensure everyone receives individual attention. Typically, groups are limited to 3-6 dogs, allowing for a calm atmosphere and plenty of space for focused training.
Can the whole family come along?
Absolutely! We encourage family members to attend so that training is consistent for your dog. We just ask that children are supervised and that there is one primary handler during the exercises to maintain focus.
What if I miss a class?
While we can't offer refunds for missed sessions. If you know you'll be away, please let me know in advance.
